Estradiol (E2) is the primary form of estrogen in your body during reproductive years (the most potent form of estrogen).

Estriol (E3) is formed in your body during pregnancy.

You will need to check with your extended health insurance plan and health spending account provider to confirm if they will cover part or all of the program you are purchasing.

Naturopathic Doctor and Registered Dietitians services can be included in extended medical plans with varying coverage for the fee. Coverage varies with each insurance provider and the plan in which you are enrolled. You are encouraged to check directly with your insurance provider whether sessions, testing and/or treatments are covered under your plan.

Upon request, a receipt for the value of the service will be rendered at the time of the visit displaying the practitioner’s name, credentials, and license number. You can always email us with any questions.

We will need a current health screening results including mammogram, Pap and blood pressure. Check with HealthLinkBC for recommended frequency for these screenings.

How do I sign-up and get started with a new program?2024-01-16T11:41:08-08:00

It’s pretty easy.

  1. Click on the Program Sign Up button on the header and you will be taken to AlterEgo’s booking page on the JaneApp.
  2. Choose a session or program, then select the date and time that works for you.
  3. If you don’t already have an AlterEgo account with JaneApp, you will be asked to create your account. Follow the account set-up instructions.
  4. Once you are booked in, you will receive more information by email regarding your session and if you need to complete an Intake Form.

That’s it! You can always email us with any questions at hi@alteregohealth.com.
